Default Shock advice for Speedtech Extreme

Hey everyone, after a long hiatus I've committed to getting my '69 Camaro on the road. I'm about to pull the trigger on a full Speedtech Extreme setup and am unsure of which shocks to go with.

I don't need the ultimate auto-x/track monster or plush ride on the road, something in the middle with some adjustability I think. Choices are either JRi single adjustable (can probably upgrade to double) or Viking double adjustable. Being a dirt bike guy who's always messing with my clickers, I like the idea of double adjustable that I can adjust from stiff to soft and while Vikings are quite a bit less, I don't really care about cost at this point.

What thoughts does everyone have? Thanks!

Monotube shocks are only available in single or triple adjustable as far as I know. If it’s double adjustable it’s a twin tube shock.

I have JRI on my Art Morrison Camaro and they are great, never harsh.

My experience is w/ QA1 DA shocks. Not really commenting on the brand just the DA part. I am on my second car w/ them and really like the adjustable feature. 4-5 months ago I put front shocks on my Tacoma and they suck. Way too soft. Now I get to buy a second pair of shocks.
