Consider using hydraulic hose with crimped JIC fittings.

That was my initial thought for the replacement hose then I saw the PTFE with a burst strength of 2500PSI and thought I'd give that a try. The original hose was the nylon braid and after some research found that it is only good to 350PSI.

Id say you have it covered then. I am glad you got it finished up, been watching since you first posted. Your Duster turned out fantastic. You really kept it on track and true to your design photos.
