Default C4 Due clip ??

Hi Guys
Been a while since I've work on this one and wondering if it's worth doing ? I got a great deal about 10 years ago ( maybe more lol) on this but wound up finishing a different project and now wondering if I can make this a really good handling pro touring car with this clip ?? Thanks for any suggestions

Better? Sure.

"Really good handling pro touring clip"? That's a judgment call IMO.

I knew a guy who had one hanging on his shop wall as "art" it was so old...

Honestly, it really comes down to your individual goals and expectations....

Now that's a blast from the past. I haven't heard Wayne Due's name in years.

I'm on a Wayne Due C-4 sub and its going to stay that way, but truthfully if I was starting from scratch, I'd go a different direction and sell the Wayne Due. So much more out on the market today and you'll be happier with the final product after putting all that hard work into it. Best of luck

I've also got one. The car rides and handles really nice, but it is strictly a street car. Been considering doing some autocross stuff, but just haven't taken the time. Personally, I like it and if you have it and don't want to spend the money, and aren't looking to maximize the car, you would be fine. If you want the latest technology, then obviously you'll want to update it.

Here is my build thread.

Thanks guys !!

I've been struggling with this for a while and after seeing those two cars it makes me feel a bit better . I really wanted a street race car and not sure I can get that with this , I do have a a lot of experience with race cars on ovals and can set them up but think this clip won't have much adjustment without some big changes. I don't have a really big budget so maybe it's best to keep moving forward with this for now. The next thing will be rear suspension , I did mini tub it about 3 inches and looking at the BMR torque arm stuff at moment.

Thanks for the suggestions !!

I have the same Wayne Due front clip, but I can't seem to find a rack and pinion that fits. Do you have a part number for the one you have installed?

A Mustang/TBird/DSE rack won’t fit?
