Sorry man! Don't know where you live! More than a few I'd live to have seen during those trips. Guess I'll have to do a few more.

She should be home just in time for LS Fest West.

Anyone going?

Talking These projects are never actually "done"

This build is just off the hook - it just keeps getting tweaked and tuned better and better all the time. Some will build it, just about pad lock the hood shut, then just "show and shine" them. Your build on the other hand is built like a weapon that is getting tweaked and updated all the time, and then actually driven the way it was built to be driven. With your access to air strips, have you thought about putting a helmet and flight suit on and seeing what it will comfortably run up to? Hell, it just about seems that you could take on a F22 Raptor based solely upon its looks. Hmmm, better not though, as that will likely lead to an upcoming supercharger update. The upgrades and changes have been awesome. Will it ever truly be done? Nope, as you and I share the same obsession's, chasing the impossible, and then making everything you can possible. The things you haven't yet been able to make possible? I know they will nag at you, but this thing is already so tastefully done and over the top that I know all future mods will be just a continuing evolution. What a sleek, sexy, and serious machine. Rumor has it your better half is the same way (!) This one you can keep tweaking though LOL.

Hmmm - you better not tell her I said that!

They're never really done. Lot of cars here being updated and driven. That's one of things I like about Lat-G... we use our cars. I don't have a free pass to airstrips and honestly going to the airport is like hanging out at work for me. I'm sure most would agree that when the week is over, they can't wait to get out of the office. I'm no different and I'm at the point where I'd rather drive when on vacation than fly. I am the worst passenger and hate sitting in the back of an airplane. I do appreciate the complements though. As for the "better half"... well, the Ex is a cute one.

Ooops - welcome to yesterday on that one. Sorry!

Unfortunately, those can't be tweaked and tuned just the way you like, then updated further thereafter (too bad lol)

Thank You. The crew at CHC has done an outstanding job.

I did stay with the 305/30/19 rears for a few reasons. Replacing the transmission wasn’t part of the original budget, The turn time would have delayed the car coming home by about 3 weeks and I am planning to list the car for sale when it gets home. CHC measured and I can fit up to a 325 on the rear and was able to test fit one. I have the measurements and if I can’t get what I want for the car, I’ll make the changes.

Are you planning to build something else if it sells, Curtis?

That’s the plan. I’d like to find something to keep me entertained during the build, but it’ll depend on what I can find that doesn’t need much.

I know a of a 79 TA that doesn't need much and can be enjoyed while being finished

Seriously though, the 67 turned out great so I'm sure the next one will too. Definitely keep us updated on what you end up building.
