Default Scheel-Mann Seats

I'm sure some of you have heard of them, so no need of me asking that. With that being said, can anyone provide any insight on them...good, bad or indifferent. I have never heard of them until today. I then went to their website and liked what I saw. A bit pricey, but hey...what isn't in this hobby. I called them and surprisingly, got a live person named Toby and he was quite knowledgeable on the different seats and options they have. That in itself was impressive. I can't tell you how many businesses I've called, only to not get a live person. No big deal, right? But, the foul comes when you do leave a message or two or even more and no one never calls you back. Then, if someone does call you back, they give one-word answers or can't really be of any assistance with what they're selling.

Yep, that's exactly what he explained to me was the foam difference and how the foam is molded into the frame versus Recaro. But, I specifically asked about the comparison to Recaro though.

sounds like a conversation he has often.. they specialize in seats people spend 8 hrs a day in.. so maybe his point is valid but not worth my $$ thats for sure..

I've had some older Scheel seats in older Porsches. They were nicer than stock and they Hold their value

I have Scheel seats in my 68 Camaro. I like the comfort and range of adjustability.

The integrated seat belt option has my attention. Might be a better option than hunting for a nice pair of BMW convertible seats.
