Default help with t56

i'm trying to install my t56 and the throw out bearing is stuck in the engaged position / forward position. how do i release so i can install trans.

I would try to open the bleed port if the pressure is built up then it will release. It may be physically locked up and i dont know what to do about that problay would need a new one hope that helps
