Thank you.

When I took the car apart (both times) I bag / blue tape the parts and take pictures so when I start putting the car back together I can go back and look at my pictures on the day I took the car apart. It helps jog my memory as it pretty much sucks since Chemo back in 2012.

Finally finishing up the Vintage Air heat lines.

Yes something is really really wrong with me

For mock up I am using this plastic reducer.

Default Vintage Air Firewall Fitting (03-13-21)

I missed this one so I am going back to it.

Here is the ground stud that I will be using on the passenger side of the car. It goes directly to the battery and it will be also be a brass bolt.

Firewall fitting test fitted it one last time before I permatex it to the firewall.

Way back somewhere in this thread I put the part number for the machine washers that I am using on the inside of the firewall.

All glued in and nice and tight.

Default Passenger Door Hinge Bushings, Yes I hate my life. (03-19-21)

This is those while I am here moments.

If you know what these are you now how much this project sucks.

I made the right decision by buying the correct tool to remove the spring which made this a much easier task.

I also made sure I drilled reference holes so I could the hinges back in the same place once I removed them.

New bushings installed and on to the next hinge.

Upper hinge should be much easier.

I have said a bunch of cuss words at this point.

Back to Ace hardware...good news I found some chunky bars.

Default DEI Heat Sleeve on Transmission Lines ( 03-20-21 )

Since the transmission lines are close to the downpipe on the header I decided to wrap the lines in DEI Heat Sleeve.

Looking at these hard lines I now know that I am going to have to paint them.
Just one more thing to add to the never ending to do list.

Default Drivers Side Hinge - Ugh (03-21-21)

So this side didn't go as smoothly as the passenger side.

This tool is a life saver.

Hinge is off and reference marks are set.

This side was not fun.

Both hinges are installed and lets just say the door is way off and I needed a break.

So I off to the taco joint!

I called it a night when I got home and I even broke my rule of cleaning up every night.

Default I needed something easy to do I made an AC line. (03-22-21)

Since yesterday didn't go so well I decided to make an AC Line.

I plan to crimp the fitting in the engine bay once I have all of the lines in the car.

Default Notch-Head Brake Line Clips (03-31-21)

Time to installed the Notch-Head line clamps. Drilling the hole in the frame with the itty-bitty drill bit is very very scary.

Default Misc Blue Tape Notes

So I started making notes on the car for things I need to address.

I also need to plug this holes since I am planning on using the Wildwood electric parking brake calipers.

I will be using this wire when I install the Fessler RS light in the RS modified upper valance.

I also need to extend the line as my goal is to hide/clean up as much as of the wiring I can behind the grill.
