Default Upgrading wheel size need help

Looks like its time for new tires and want to widen my front wheel. I am now running an 18x8 with 245 40 18 and the tire mounts up nice and square. My rear tire is 335 30 18 on 18x12 and fits nice and square as well. My new front wheel is gonna be 18x9 and wonder what tire size to run? Im thinking 265 35 18 or 255 40 18? Can anyone tell me what they are running and how they look.
Thanks
Steve

I have and I messed with online sizing charts. There’s just no substitute for actually seeing the tire on a rim. I’m hoping that someone chimes in that running something similar or really close to what I’m after. I just don’t wanna see a stretched look or a bulged look. Know what I mean? I wanna post pics of what I’m running now but the host site I used is keeping my pics hostage 😡

I have 335 30 18s on 18x12 and 245 45 18s on 18x9s. I’m about to put 245 35s on the front the 45s are too tall in my opinion.

I now have 245 40 18 on a 8” rim. Wanna jump up to a 9” with a 265 35 tire and curious how it would look. Sweet camaro btw. 👍
