Default Heater Hose Options ?

Got a client with a 67 Camaro with the OEM heater core. We want to use AN "style" fittings for the heater hoses, what do you use to attach to the barbed ends on the heater core ?

We found fittings that have 90 degree swivels etc to come out of the intake and the water pump but any other suggestions would be great.

It has a chevy small block in it with the TruTrac system on it.

Default Me too

I wish I had an answer for you but I too am thinking the same thing: I want to use AN style fittings on my heater hose's.

I wonder if having an aluminum heatercore fabbed up would be a bad idea or not?

Sorry I am not much help...

shouldnt be so hard.. all you need is a pair of AN fitings in plated steel, or you can have a pair made in brass and solder them on to the heater core.. (plating is easily removable in hydro-chloric acid)

i believe summit has plated steel AN fittings..
