Default 69 camaro spring rates?

I am building a 69 Camaro with a full frame with speedtechs front subframe and a custom triangulated four link. I was hoping I could get pointed in the right direction of which spring rate I should run over QA1 shocks, front and back. I will be driving only on the street with this car.

even though you didn't upgrade to our impact forged mono-tube shocks and Hyperco springs I suppose we can lend you the spring rate calculator (just kidding, we are here to help no matter who's parts you buy):

it depends on what motor your running.
BB 650
SB 550
LS 450-500
all are 8" long if using hypercoils and 9" long if using QA1's
That is a good guide to start with, most have been happy with the recomended rates.
