I do not understand anyone who owns a business and thinks lying or refusing to respond to customers is the way to go. It makes no sense. Even if the customer eventually gets his parts the odds of them ordering again or recommending that company are zilch.

Normally in these situations I've been able to help, but in this case he won't respond to me either.

My order for a single VSR was #3367, I ordered in Sept 2023 and received it early Feb 2024. I knew it was a risk when I ordered but his customer service person was fairly responsive back then when I would inquire via email. I’m not bringing this up to defend them, I truly feel for the numerous people in your position. I’m surprised someone like Holley (or a company in their vast portfolio) hasn’t come up with an alternative product.

Talked to John today - he said my parts are made and shipping within a week. So, hopefully good news soon.

Chassisworks did knock off the original design and makes it overseas - I think this was the design that had issues with ethanol.

The Chassiworks vent cans thread together with an O ring. The older IIMuch cans were epoxied/glued whatever and if I remember right the ethanol was attacking the adhesive.

I like the stainless version from IIMuch but I wish they weren't so hard to get.

I placed an order for the fuel and differential vent combinination on 5/3/24 order #3499. Still waiting and every time I call I get the "It should ship next week" answer.

I ended up ordering and receiving in a timely manner the Chassis works vent for one project. If the IIMuch vents ever arrive those will be used on another project.

I have the older version canisters that were available before the new stainless design came out. I ordered these some years ago from Summit Racing. I wonder if his difficulty with fulfilling orders from a major seller like Summit is affecting his private sales. I'm sure Summit has him stretched out with probably hundreds if not thousands of orders per month. Thereby, the individual customer like us suffers. I did try and order direct from him with some difficulty as well. After some waiting, several emails and phone calls, he himself finally instructed me to just order them from Summit. I don't think you can get them through Summit anymore now.
