No, 1-7/8". I didn't even know they offered 2" tubes for their stock chassis A body LS swap application, and they didn't mention it on the phone when I ordered.

Don't think I'll have any starter clearance issues with mine though, the tube routing for the stock chassis header on the passenger side is quite a bit different from the headers in your pics for the RS chassis application.

These headers are for the RS chassis.

Headers fit great with stock LS starter. Can’t wait to get my RS Chassis and really start putting this project together. Thank you Jody for letting me put my engine in your RS chassis to test fit and look for any potential snafu’s.
