Zach from Drive Junky replied and told me he would send me another pump, but have not heard anything more, been a week.
I have ordered a HP1 pump from Jeff at Turn one. 7-10 days to build, then ship.

I burned up 2 of the ones that came with my Concept One pulley kit, then went with a PSC pump and had issues with it. Now I have Eddie Motor sports pump and so far seems fine. It seems to be hit or miss with these GM Type 2 pumps, or I just have really bad luck.

Funny I have not heard much of this issue til now. One of the reasons I am going with the Turn one pump is they custom build to flow less GPM so will generate less heat.

I added a Turn One remote reservoir, CPP in line filter and a P/S fluid cooler so hopefully these things along with the added fluid volume will help keep the heat down and the pump happy

Went for a spin to try out the new Turn one pump. At first I was a little worried as it still had the same feel. By feel I mean it is a little more heavy turning the wheel than normal P.S. Not a lot extra effort, but just enough to feel sporty. The big improvement is when everything is heated up and the truck is not moving, the wheels now turn when asked. I am happy.Attachment 77916
