Default Floor and Trunk panels

Guys what should i expect hourwise for replacing the floor and trunk panels. i am looking at a shop to have it done but i do not want to get ripped of.
Also as far as disassembly and reasembling what should i be looking at?

I would think 30 hours would be sufficient.

depends the car and how its done theres a fast way and a factory looking way.
