Give me about a month longer...and my schedule will free up considerably. Then I'll be just a phone call away to lend a hand...

Will do. Very slow progress but progress. Did not make it to Goodguys
This year but did watch your runs on YouTube.
Very cool. Different track layout from last year?

Now that truck has great brakes, good tires it’s time
To make it handle a bit better so when a corner is attempted
Over 15 mph it doesn’t roll over n play dead.
Trying to find a OEM type sway bar to work but it would be
Just that. A sway bar so:

Decided to just build my own sway bar system exact for my application!
Let the fun begin to get that done...

(good to have older brother who is suspension engineer)
I am sure it’s been done a million times trying
To make a twin I beam handle decent but will see where this goes.

Few questions asked:
1) diameter of spring outside
2) diameter of spring wire size
3) number of coils
4) tire track width
5) I beam pivot point to king pin center
6) distance between I beam pivot points
7) distance from end link mount to center of bar
8) distance from frame to inside tire at full turn
)9 distance from front of crossmember to most forward part bar will fit
10) center distance of the 2 I beam mounting points.

Thanks! The Mercury covers were actually used in 1966
So felt they would be a good fit.
Had Advanced Plating in Nashville do them in show chrome.

I'm not sure, wasn't there last year but I'd imagine they changed it up some.

I had a blast there regardless, can't wait to do it again.

We are less than 3 weeks out on the house. You never did mention how you were familiar with our lot?

Truck looks great, can't wait to see it in person.
