Default 91 Sport

I picked this up from some farmers that thought it had a rod knock. They done a home brew rear flip, no C notch, stock rear shocks, 2" drop spindles. 2/6 drop (NICE). When I fired it up I knew it wasn't a rod knock, maybe cracked flexplate or bad front pump. Left them thinking it was a rod and paid $1800 and hauled it home.

As found

Rod knock = broken converter & pump

I decided to weld in the C notch's. Good idea, you'll see why

Crack pipe smok'n Drunk rearend me after a car show Sept 09

It bent the frame where the rear cab mounts are.

Rebuild progress, frame straightened, hidden hitch, roll pan etc.

I made that same dent in rear glass with my head too. Hurt like hell! Serious whiplash from it too.
Hope you are ok. The truck is looking good. Keep at it.

do yourself a favor and ditch the logs and buy a few more jackstands.

Those logs are the perfect height for removing the trans, and the price was right.
