Default Mutt Truck

As I was looking for panels for my truck project I came across a couple of conversions using my Holden Chassis but fitting a Ford F100 Cab to the chassis. The F100 cabs are cheaper and are easier to source than the Holden cabs. The bonus with this conversion is the wider wheel and tire combo's being allowed to fit. The firewall is set back more so there is less cutting for the C5 Corvette drivetrain. Though these examples are rough I think this could be a swap that could work well.

Hey Thommo, where did you come across those pics? I want to mount the body of my 70 F100 on an HQ or newer, ute or panelvan chassis, and those pics are perfect, showing the front cab mounts and how you have to notch the rear of the cab. Any more info you could give me would be awesome.

Cheers,
Joe.
