Funny thing is it only snowed three or four times last winter. So I might not need chains.

Okay it’s been a long time since I did an update. So here is just a quickie. What started out as a fuel line leak turned into a while we are here moment.

Long story short the rear diff is out and heading to the powder coater. Once I get garagescene.net back up I’ll post up more pictures.

So since I accidentally posted this in (70 Camaro's) build thread which I noticed yesterday and yes I feel horrible about doing that because well i just do. Plus his car is so awesome and if you haven't seen it go look at it.

https://lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php?t=51291

Just look at this beast, it's freaking awesome and when I finally paint my car a color I am seriously going to consider painting it red like his car.

This is not my car it's (70 Camaro's car) and i just realized I don't know his name.

Okay so back to my 10 footer

Since this project was never designed to be finished and would be something that I could work on f or years. It’s time to move to the
next stage of wrapping the headers and installing DEI heat shields on top of the mufflers as the rear floor gets a little hot from the mufflers.

So let’s not talk about why we had to cut the exhaust and just say that slip fit was a bad idea.

As you can see Mike looks very serious.

Thank you again Mike for all of your help.

Moving on to the header removal. Okay let’s just say this design worked perfectly as it was a 20 minute job to remove them.

When they go back in there will be ARP Header Studs going back in.

Just a quick shot of the Powder Coated rear end. Need to take inventory of all the hardware and order the new ARP 6 point stainless bolts and new EBC rotors in black.

I loved riding street bikes in my younger day, only difference is now I need seat from a 50's Super Glide. You know the one that's about the size of a trailer fifth wheel...........

So the header are back from getting coated and the down tubes are wrapped in DEI Ti Thermal wrap. I also added studs to make it even easier to install the headers which takes all of 10 minutes for both sides.
