Default 1982 Camaro

Wondering what it’s worth?

1982 Camaro with 102,000 miles, super clean and hasn’t been beat on. The bad, or maybe good, is it has the Iron Duke 4cyl and a manual. I’d be in it less then $1400 and would be looking to flip it or maybe pass it on to my oldest boy...if he stops acting like a jackass.

It seems more and more 4th gens are being built and this is a perfect candidate just not sure what the value is.

Hey Dan, not sure about the market out there, but $1400 sounds about right if the body is really as nice as it looks. I've been looking at 3rd gens (4th gens started in 93) and have seen them from $800 on up for high mileage, poor running or even non-running. Real nice V8 cars, go for over $10k. So wide range. I just picked up a complete '86 T/A for the body. And the guy I bought it from is buying all the parts back (I only want the body shell) for $600 lol. So I'll have $400 in a pretty clean body.

That seems like a buy for that car if, like A A Ron said, it is as clean as it looks. The upside is that the iron duke will run forever.

Guess I better pick up the pace on the 89 Mustang so we can have an 80's rematch.....
