Ok now I have to take it back apart and Loctite and torque all the bolts.

Hi Michael,

It appears you swapped the "stop plate" (or as I and others may know it as, the "adjuster/lever") from one dust shield assembly to the other. If so, technically it does work as you have figured out, but as you may have noticed the lever /boot is slightly offset and does not quite fit as nicely as the intended adjuster for that side. With that said I see no issue with its function and the only thing that I can even remotely see happening because of the slight lever/boot offset would be the levers "boot" may not seal to the dust shield quite as well as the intended one for that side. Make sense?

So I guess the short answer is: Yes it does work

Now with that said and of course completely up to you but I am thinking the e-brake cable bracket approach may be best if you switch both your complete assemblies to opposite sides and "flip them". This would give you front mount calipers as you have, only the e-brake cable bracket would be on the bottom and angled a bit better for the e-brake cable approach. Hard for me to be sure, but just something to consider. As you are seeing, this kit you have (The Big Bearing Ford Kit) is extremely flexible as it relates to caliper/e-brake cable location options.

Just realized I posted in the "12 bolt" thread ... oh well.

Thanks for your thoughts and ideas, your kit is very versatile, I just did the swap from side to side and this does put the stop plate on the bottom and it should have a better angle of the dangle with the cable.

Default 2017 Super Chevy Muscle Car Challenge

Hello Fellas!

I recently attended this years Super Chevy Muscle Car Challenge this last Tuesday which was held out at Fontana Speedway in California. Basically the event is invite only and intended for suspension manufactures and their/their customers cars. Great platform to show off what each manufactures offerings can do. Each car was ran multiple times through a Slalom, 100 yrd Dash, and the big Open Road Course.

Despite the triple digit heat it was a blast! I was invited to attend thanks to the great guys over at CBR (Church Boys Racing) and customer Charley who runs both their front and rear suspension. Charley inquired about upgrading his current stock GM 10 bolt rear to compliment all the other great suspension mods he has made.

Charley and the team over at CBR were pleased with how their suspension performed and the MillerBuilt Full Floater. No piston knock-back, zero leaks, and NO MORE c-clips
