gets you a wider range of hole size, automatic hole deburring, no fear of walking off the center punch like the blairs do, and the smaller sizes clip into impact drivers like my Milwaukee M12 90* driver and can get is some tight places. I like the Blair cutter in a drill press, though.

Either is better than a drill bit. Drill bits don't drill round holes and are just nasty on sheet metal.

HarborFreight step drills are bullet proof.....I'm ten years into them as a full time fabricator. Deburring for free, all sizes in one handful, and ROUND holes. I'm sure Wurth and SnapOff are made in the same factory but six times the price.

YES....RotaBroaches in DRILL PRESS or MILLING MACHINE ONLY! They work great in a lathe too but be careful it doesn't jam. Careful the swarf comes off in all directions (not one direction like lathe tool).

I'm a fan of Blair hole saws too - or Milwaukie hole saws. None of the rest seem to last.

So I just don't like how the wire look coming out of the firewall so here we go again.

The tape is coming off and more to come later on the wire harness








A couple more notes.

At some point I removed the Tech-Flex wire wrap to expose the wires so I could run them in the direction I wanted them to go.







While we are here I might as well remove the wire's that I will not need.





Twist ties are your friend when doing small projects like this.



I also pulled out the Holley Dash and the Classic Dash Insert.



I also re-wrapped the wire loom.





Here is the part description for the small firewall grommet that I used on the DBW Pedal and the Vacuum hose.




Since I had a second person I could finally/temporally install the drive by wire pedal bracket.

Quick stop at O'Reilly's Autoparts for some vacuum hose which will be getting installed soon.





At some point I need to mock up the fitting that go under the manifold.



Lower Dash Brackets have been located and now it is time to finally install them. I hope the ECU wires don't run into this bracket.

So does anyone have the module to the DSE Wiper Harness as mine seems to be missing.



Running more wires over to the passenger side kick panel.







Made another hole for the wires.





Since I had room I moved the ECU up about an inch.
