Front Valance
Cold air opening with 4 inch mandrel bent tubes
Remove recessed license plate on valance and match tip to front bumper
Front bumper mounting brackets and opening removed
Stainless steel mesh with trim
Moved front indicators lights six inches on each side
Front Bumper
Hand formed corners and license plate cut out removed
Moved in to match front fenders
Relocated mounts to valance
Removed mounting bolts and welded studs
Fenders
Widen each side 3/8 of inch for tire clearance (made with two fenders)
squeezed inner lip at door to allow tighter gaps
Extended fender and matched to rocker panel
Counter sunk mounts at rocker
Counter sunk bolts for no shims at radiator support and firewall
Filled and smoothed all spot-welds
Drilled spot welds and matched profile to hood then re-weld
Ground and smoothed all edges for consistency
Weld fender extensions to fenders

Cut and relocated grill mount for a smoother fit to grill
Tighten gap at hood with a smooth panel and removed the emblem holes
Mounts welded to panel for counter sunk bolts for fill plate

Remove inner structure and replaced with smooth structure
Weld all holes and fill all openings
Epoxy structure to hood and smooth edges
Remake inner structure to match cowl profile
