Front Valance
 Cold air opening with 4 inch mandrel bent tubes
 Remove recessed license plate on valance and match tip to front bumper
 Front bumper mounting brackets and opening removed
 Stainless steel mesh with trim
 Moved front indicators lights six inches on each side
 
 Front Bumper
 Hand formed corners and license plate cut out removed
 Moved in to match front fenders
 Relocated mounts to valance
 Removed mounting bolts and welded studs
 
 Fenders
 Widen each side 3/8 of inch for tire clearance (made with two fenders)
 squeezed inner lip at door to allow tighter gaps
 Extended fender and matched to rocker panel
 Counter sunk mounts at rocker
 Counter sunk bolts for no shims at radiator support and firewall
 Filled and smoothed all spot-welds
 Drilled spot welds and matched profile to hood then re-weld
 Ground and smoothed all edges for consistency
 Weld fender extensions to fenders
 
 Header panel
 Cut and relocated grill mount for a smoother fit to grill
 Tighten gap at hood with a smooth panel and removed the emblem holes
 Mounts welded to panel for counter sunk bolts for fill plate
 
 Grill
 Matched to fender with heat
 Relocated grill reinforcement support to inside for seamless look
 
 Hood
 Remove inner structure and replaced with smooth structure
 Weld all holes and fill all openings
 Epoxy structure to hood and smooth edges
 Remake inner structure to match cowl profile
 
 Cowl panel
 Fill air vents/grill
 Weld all mounting holes and drill new mounting points
 Extend to fit tighter on fenders
 Mount braces to keep consistent at windshield
 Extend to match firewall gap at each corner
 
 Firewall
 DSE firewall fill plate
 Extend the firewall fill plate to left side
 Remove wiper hole
 Fill all dimples and holes
 Covers for body to sub frame mounts
 Factory steering column brace removed
 Relocated wiper motor under left fender
 
 Front inner wheel wells
 Mini-tub wheel wells for larger tires and suspension travel
 Raise inner fender and remove flat spot by fender
 Weld and relocate mounting holes
 Fill all dimples and holes
 Modify front extensions to allow for turbo clearance and extend to match relocated frame rails
 Smooth braces from firewall
 
 Doors
 Hammer and dolly all sheet metal edges to match other panels
 Weld edges for gap consistency
 Fill door locks
 
 Quarter panels
 Remove lower pinch welds and make new edges to match new rear panel
 Remove extruded sheet metal for bumper and make smooth
 Cut and �box� lip at inner wheel well for tire clearance
 Bottom rear panel cover with billet aluminum diffusers
 
 Rear panel
 Handmade lower panel with step made and pinch weld removed
 Exhaust cut outs
 License plate opening narrowed
 Gap at bumper removed
 Trunk lock removed
 
 Rear bumper
 Hand made corners
 License plate opening narrowed 2 � inches
 Holes filled and new brackets welded with studs
 Gap to body reduced
