Project Silverback. Nicknamed after the
Silverback Gorilla because it's aggressive,
intimating and powerful. This is a
one-of-a-kind custom built pro touring
Camaro with many upgrades. It's been
designed to carve the corners, pound the
pavement and look good doing it! No expense
was spared on this rotisserie nut and bolt
restoration. The underneath is as clean as
the top. It's finished in a spectacular
metallic silver with continuous black pearl
racing stripes and is complimented with a
mild custom black interior. Here are some of
the details:
The cowl, firewall and original gas cap hole
have been shaved for that smooth look.
A functional custom gas cap was fabricated
on the rear quarter and the filler tube
connects to a fuel cell in the rear trunk.
Detroit Speed mini tubs.
Functioning hide away headlights.

"Tach Wheels" which are 18x8 in the front
and 19X11 in the rear.
Smeding Performance built 396. Some upgrades
include a K&N air filer, Demon carb, Holly
fuel pump and March Serpentine system.
Mattson aluminum radiator with electric
fans.
Chris Alston headers and Spin Tech exhaust
system. The rear panel has been slightly
fabricated to fit the exhaust tips.
JW Performance turbo 350 transmission with
Hurst shifter.
12 bolt rear end with Moser axles and Cal-Trac
bars.
Chris Alston custom chassis.
The front suspension consists of QA1 coil
over shocks, 2" Chris Alston drop spindles
and Hotchkis sway bar. The rear suspension
consists of a Shock Wave Air Ride system and
Detroit Speed 3" leaf springs.
Wilwood four wheel disc brakes.
Pro Car seats
Auto Meter guages
Flaming River Cascade steering wheel and
polished steering column.
Custom center console
Billet Specialties door handles, window
cranks, pedals and rear view mirror.
CD player with kick panel speakers and rear
deck speakers.
