350 ci smallblock with
edelbrock rpm package( heads, cam , intake etc)
t5 tranny for now
front suspension; home built front clip to accept c4 vette a-arms, hubs with
coilovers
rear suspension; narrowed c4 vette with polished halfshafts and polished
aluminum driveshaft
wheels; were for mock-up but will have to do for now! (from a cobra!)
interior; new stock black headliner and interior panels, rear seat, front seats;
half leather buckets from a toyota mr2
my name is mike watson and screen name is krptonite, in 2005 i moved from
england to ontario canada to fulfil a dream to work in a prominent hotrod shop,
the fact i built this car myself in a typical english garage( read 18' x 11'!)
helped to get me the job as a fabricater with lowdownhotrods as they specialise
in c4 conversions into anything!
I started the build in 2001 when i purchased a burnt out shell which came with
new oem rear quarters and fenders to which i added new doorskins and also
purchased a post car from arizona to use all the burnt up pieces and shipped it
across the pond, the reason for the er different color was because most novas
always seemed to be red or blue or black so i tried to be different! and yes it
really is that bright!
