I thought that I would share this week’s podcast show, even though it is in no way related to the world of pro-touring (so I want to admit that upfront). If this thread needs to be deleted as such, please just say the word.
I had the chance to interview John Byrnes last week, and he’s the owner and restorer of the only General Lee used in the 2005 Dukes of Hazzard movie that made a manned jump (i.e. with a real driver at the controls – the rest were launched with a catapult). His car now drives like a normal car again – and actually survived the jump pretty well.
