Is it odd that Scott had to do a tab on the clutch arm? It's a stock 73 clutch pedal assembly. Also, what issues will I run into with an American Autowire kit for a 73 Camaro?

I love how this looks, was nice to get a complete kit for my TR6060 and know it will all work together.

Hi JJ,

I have several different length adjuster rods...looks like the short was put in the kit. Im not sure how that will effect the ratio...might increase it. I'll do some math in the AM.

Let me know if there are any issues with it. I can send you the 4 inch bar. That should put the heim above the existing arm hole.

It clears just fine with the AAW box on our test car.

Hi JJ,

Yeah, its @ 2.66:1 thats gonna be tough....Shoot me his address and i'll ship out the 4" bar ASAP. That should be better on your leg.

Ive run into a few funny holes where we had to weld up the hole and redrilled it.

No, you should be good. We are running the same set up on another car. But, what flywheel are you running?

If you go with the full kit the slave that fits the TKO600 has shims to get the right placement match the clutch face. Flywheel choice MAY be a problem.

I was planning to use ls7 flywheel part #12571611 168tooth.. Any suggestion on what flywheels I should use?

It may work with the adjustable clutch slave/actuator. Is the clutch and flywheel on the engine already? I can use the face to bellhousing flange measurement to find out.

Not yet, I'm still waiting on the tko600. I'm still figuring out what kit I should go with less issues... What clutch kit and flywheel you guys use on your ls3/tko600 set up?

We use the truck flywheel (Sachs pn NFW1050) then we can use a standard SBC or BBC 26 spline clutch set up.

You can search the NFW-1050 part number for applications then search for a performance version. Fidanza or Hays both have AL versions.
