It looks really really good! I had a 66 convert that same color that i sold a couple of years back. It needed this done to it and i didnt have the motivation as i wanted to get my camaro done.
I've been kinda regretting that....seeing this stirs up the "what might have been" memories, as i bought/built it for my wifey too, but she was just never "into" it....

Can you post any pics of your 29 roadster p/u? i'm thinking of building a 29,31,32 model B for a "shop" truck for my glass shop......

Mike

Sure, here it is. Of all the crazy cars I've had, this is the one that will be with me forvever. It's simple- built 327, 6-71, T350, 9 inch, body is pinched and stretched for 32 rails, bed is shortened 10 inches and it's chopped 5. I'm a huge vintage drag guy so this seat is home for me.

Thanks Alan! We got the steering and brakes all hooked up last night. I've got three lines to finish and they'll be wet. The clutch and steering felt great too. Yes I did make engine sounds while sitting in it.

If we ever part with it, you'll of course get first shot. That was the deal we made.

I'm loving that. Perfect little "glass truck" for my shop, i've always wanted to do that body and put an oak and brass glass rack in the back for promotional. Maybe my next project.....

btw, is that a Brookefield chassis?
