I have a Craftmen jack, didn't last to long before it started to work very poorly. Would only "jack" the car with about the last 6" of handle stroke. So it takes forever to jack a car up.

Read the reviews on the site. Not good.

I go to auto zone first, then napa second, unless its a particular thing and I know napa is better and thats what i want.

Anyway, a few years back, less then ten, I'm in the local napa store and this guy just bought a two ton napa floor jack for close to $300. He looked like a guy that just got out from under a car that did an engine change.

I ask the owner of the napa store, why didn't that guy buy a bigger jack for that kind of money.

He said, that guys in the salvage business, and he knows what he's doing. So about a year later I buy the same one, and i work on a few pickups on occasion, and I had a one ton dually full four door eight foot box, I fixed up.

I used that napa jack on everything, it worked so good I bought another one, my other floor jacks just set and gather dust, those napa jacks will hang in there.

jack

the ac hydraulic is FANTASTIC for low cars!! I purchased over one year ago and cant live without. It has a hard time with heavier vehicles and the parking surface needs to be good and level or the jack frame distorts, the rubber o rings on the wheels came off sometimes when used on asphalt.
But i cant stress more how great this is lifting low clearance cars!! Plus it goes higher than any other jack i could find!!

Bought mine at ultimate garage.

Had this for 6 years now...no problems yet and it gets 'used'!! http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=47246

I also have a HD jack for the truck...but it won't fit under the Camaro.
And I need to toss my origional Sears jack as it's always leaked oil and never worked right. And no they won't fix it!

I have used ATD tools at work and Hot Rod Garage in Sandsprings OK has a ATD-7325 low pro jack for use under very very low street rods. here is a link http://www.atdtools.com/Tools.html. Our local semi truck and trailer parts store,Weldon Trk Supply, carries there stuff. You can also source it from the internet tool stores. I think it's pretty good stuff for import and priced right.

Gots my vote. I know someone else posted but I just wanted to know you can get these on sale. Fathers day is coming and they should go back on sale again.
