my understanding is that the inconel is used in blower application on the exh side due to it ability to handle increased heat. Pretty common actually. please keep in mind that I'm no engine builder. I'll ask the guys at motor city speed. when it was explained to me by billy he mentioned several motors that he built that were similar to mine when he was building motors for wheel to wheel. also apparently the formula 1 cars use them bc their ability to handle extreme temps.

Everthing you said is correct. Inconnel works better for extreme duty like blowers and boats. Blowers due to heat, and boats due to higher RPM/always on...

[QUOTE=akrapovic;317406]Here are the piston squirters. Side note, if anybody is looking for these for an LS7 or RHS block I have an extra set.

How much do you want for the squirters?

I am using inconnel exh as well on my blower motor...

Does all the factory LS7 blocks have the provisions to install those squirters? Or is special machining required?

Thanks Rich

Special machining is required. It wasnt a big deal for mine. Tap threaded hole into oil passage and also provision for locating pin.
