I built this for less than $350. It bolts together, is made of 5 X 5 square tubing and allows me to work under the car if needed.

I actually own a set of "skates" for moving the car around the shop... Just don't own any wheels to set the car on the skates... it came with 15" cheep aluminum wheels with 7/16th wheel studs... I now have 1/2 wheel studs. So these would neither clear the brakes, or bolt up to the car without drilling out the wheel studs... not sure if a person can do that effectively?

Someone said S10 compact spares (94-02) work with larger brakes...??? My brakes are 13" Wilwoods up front 12" in the rear.

There are two common type of lug nuts used on muscle cars, 60 degree conical seat and shank type, both of which are readily available in 7/16-20 and 1/2-20 sizes and can be found for cheap.

I have a set of 16" GMC Typhoon Spare that I used on my 70 Camaro project. All I did was remove the caliper and mounted them up.

Kenny has claimed my GTO Spare and I am pretty sure I am not getting them back. :rolleyes:
