The rockers and push rods aren't bent the engine was never turned over with water in it

I'm not sure how that could possibly happen if the bolt is still tight. The stand is what keeps everything in alignment... If you decide you are going to replace the valve train, I have the components I just removed from mine that I plan to list for sale soon. Lifters, trays, LS3 rockers with trunion upgrades. If you're interested, drop me a PM. |

Found the problem.......... The threads had crap in them. Cleaned them out everything is back to normal. That was some good news |

Glad it was an easy fix. The LS motors are pretty simple when you get right down to it.
Just curious. Why and by whom were the rockers taken off in the first place? I would pull them all. Clean all treads and replace and re torque I also use a spray valve train lube made by comp to spray the rockers, springs and ever thing before I pop the rocker covers back on |
