Default LS3 Valve Train

So my rocker arms on 4 lifters of the passenger side keep coming off the top of the valve springs. Think the lifters are no good? Anyone had this issue before ?
Stock GM crate engine

You said it had water in it due to the fire. Did this engine hydrolock? Are the pushrods bent? Are the valves bent?

So another idea are the rocker bolts also one time use? Could they be stretched? Not allowing it to tighten all the way

No, they can be reused. Highly doubt they are stretched.
Is this engine an LS3, or maybe a variation of the 6.2's with DOD?
I THINK the L99's had the DOD. The two engines are virtually identical. Does your valley cover under the intake have a miriad of what appears to be raised tunnels cast into it? You'll prolly have to pull the intake to tell, but it sounds like your going to have to pull the engine down anyway. The DOD lifters are washy washy. Water in an engine is NEVER a good thing. I had a chance at a L99 here locally. I was in YearOne and a guy came in the showroom to see if anyone was interested. It had been in a new camaro that caught fire. The intake was melted down, and coil packs were toast. It had seen a firehose, so I declined. Same scenario as you however...like next to no miles on it. Guy wanted like 2k. Very tempting, but no thanks.

This engine was not running when it was in a fire. It's a GM crate engine. Was ordered for him to use in a 1960 Chevy. Thinking I'm gunna change out the lifters , push rods, Trunion kit

The inside of the engine when I had it off looked brand new. I'll take pics tomorrow

Have you pulled the rockers and checked where the rocker seats on the head?

Pulled pushrod to see if it's bent?

In the photo that rocker arm looks bent to me. Could be the angle of the photo.

I suspect this engine was cranked with water in those cylinders.
