I built the 2.5" stainless exhaust using mufflers from Hi-Flo in Michigan and tubing from MAP in MN. I sold my Miller and picked up a Prime Weld and so far it's been great. The reason for selling was I needed an AC machine for some future projects and my Miller was DC only. The TH400 in the picture was just a place holder while the 80e was being built.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...2bd1c03bf9.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...bba6f951f8.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...3a305f8d65.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...5de8ffac72.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...2ce211e2c1.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...d6ab9352b5.jpg

I made some covers out of aluminum and did a battery disconnect in the old fuel fill. It's wired to a 200 amp continuous duty solenoid. The pan in the interior covers the Holley system. It sticks to the carpet with Velcro. Works great.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...7ad03ab552.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...fa15e9bf3f.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...6c4f53df90.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...590aab3071.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...fec58740d4.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...b367c09544.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...347c75d28a.jpg

Love what you're doing. The engine looks fantastic and clean.

Where did you get the exhaust hangers from? MAP? I'm not familiar with them. I'm hoping to use similar hangers with my squarebody.

Keep up the great work!

Hey thanks man. I found the 3/8 stainless hanger rod and isolators on Amazon. They come straight then you can just make them how you want. MAP is a speed shop in MN, they have good pricing on quality stainless tubing. Also being somewhat local to me I can get it quick. Good luck with the square body!

This is where I am at currently. The body is in epoxy primer. I'm having a heck of time finding a body shop to paint it, they are all very busy. I had the seat done to mimic the original. He wrapped the dash, visors, and headliner too. I think I'll continue to assemble and just have fun with it as is. Paint will wait I guess.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...8bda14b2cb.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...63c9819a52.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...1366e46b32.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...fc6a1ca746.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...8de3e9a8c4.jpg

Thanks for the lead on the hangers.

Where in the world did you come across the blower from an STS-v? That's a rare car.

Love the green paint. I believe it's similar to this? https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...-c10-pickup-4/

I'm loving the original look of the interior.

There was a surplus of these blowers after GM cut the sts-v and xlr-v. A couple places made adapters for the LS platform and I thought it was a cool idea. The prices have gone way up after a youtuber did a dyno test.

I've always liked the color too, its GM 503 green. I'm hoping to get it in the paint shop next year.
