And here's the finished product in the engine bay.
http://home.comcast.net/~Jimragtop2/...ne/ampdone.jpg Here's some pics of the completed engine. I was after a "period hot rod" look in a modern 500 HP rollercammed injected 383. I think I succeeded. http://home.comcast.net/~Jimragtop2/...ne/engine1.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~Jimragtop2/...ne/engine2.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~Jimragtop2/...ne/engine3.jpg |
Great Posts!!!
Jim,
Super job. I ordered my stuff from Newark also. Nice people to work with. I also ordered the cable covers from Cable Organizers. Only down side is that the 3/4" covers are on back order and the pin connectors from Newark are sooo expensive! :( Anyway, thanks for the research and posting part #s and sources, and I hope my wiring looks as good as yours. :lateral: ROCKS! Sam, I'm betting you'll find you won't need the 3/4" or larger sizes, I didn't, still sitting in the box. The 1/2" expands a LOT and easily covered my whole bundle.
