AND NO -- it's smooth as a babies behind.... no vibration at all.

We had a big I-Beam welded to the truss system... and the truss system itself was built for a gantry crane - so the mount is pretty dang solid to say the least... but you don't hear or see anything except the fan going round -- slow or full blast.

Full blast is 100 RPMS... and that doesn't seem like much - but with a 12 diameter -- that baby is humming right along!!

The couple days I was there running it -- and cleaning up the race cars -- I was running it at 50 to 60 rpms (the controller is digital and you just raise or lower it where you want). At 50 RPMS it's just kool --- at 60 RPMS you begin to feel a breeze... at 100 - you'd best have stuff strapped down! LOL

It's amazing how much air this thing moves! And it's silent.

Yep, the Best Damn Fan in the World. I wish I could get the Boss to buy a couple for the Guys back in the Shop

I don't even want to think about moving all this crap! OMG.... It will be painful to just stand there and watch the movers try to figure it all out. LOL

It is! And as the guys were taking it down - they were telling me all the little tricks and tips to re-install it. So that info alone I hope comes in handy. One of the issues that living in an area like Sun Valley is that there's just not a ton of resources around. Service businesses have to come up out of Twin Falls or Boise.

I just got a call from my builder this morning - to discuss the floors being done - and the folks that are doing it are living in a travel trailer parked in front (I'm totally fine with that). My point is - that they've had to come from a distance and will be there a few days so are camping out.

That's part of the price you pay to live in a remote resort destination area I guess... :G-Dub:

:D

I grew up in Glenwood Springs, CO so I'm well aware of the hassles of living in a remote area. Some things are nice, others are flat out a PITA to deal with. Especially if you are trying to live on a budget.

Someday, I hope to be in a position where I can pay someone to move me. I know people that have never moved their own stuff, they think that's what movers are for. I have never paid anyone to move anything for me, always done it myself. Often wondered WHY I'm doing it myself, but that's all I know...
