Brian cut the drip rails off than drilled out the spot welds and removed the roof. Now he can repair the rust and epoxy prime the area that the factory left bare metal.

Removed the top layer of the door jamb and this is how it looked

At first glans, I thought that you have sneak to my garage to get those photos.

I'm doing restoration on '65, bought it for Davie,Fl and it is same state or even worse. Lot of panels to replace

Brian made patches for the cowl and than I used 3m panel adhesive to bond them

Any particular reason to adhere rather then weld? I'm guessing thatd be a lot of heat in a thin part? Looks good!

Brian was working on other things it was just easier for me to bond them. Since it was off the car I didn't want it to warp and than I sprayed two coats of epoxy.
