Roadster Shop 06-30-2012 10:27 AM

Nothing too exciting happening lately. Here are a few pics from back in the beginning of May. The car is completely painted and ready to assemble. We sent the motor back to NRE because Tom wanted to go through and re-seal the motor and install his new Mirror Image Turbo's. We are waiting for the motor to return before we continue with the assembly.

Prepped for painting the underside.

Completed paint and Rhino Lining the floor.

One of the many shelves of parts painted and awaiting assembly.

Dang you are a brave man, really sweet plan! For color may I suggest, check out the Ferrari Titanium grigio, or the 2008 and up BMW M3 for a more subtle approach :)

Time for a weekend pictorial update on the monster :unibrow:

Assembly on the exhaust system, suspension and motor - the Nelson symmetrical turbo's should be arriving next week.

daemon2 09-14-2012 04:05 PM

the heat barrier foil looks good - they also sell it in rolls to wrap exhaust now but I like the black wrap you have done.

Very nice!

Absolutely gorgeous work guys.... Not even words to describe it!

I met the owner a few years back after the engine was done and I was floored that with all that HP it had a stock chassis under it... Glad to see he made up for lost time... and then some.
