That is pretty impressive really...did you fill the truck up?

Filled a 53' truck -- plus another 24' truck - plus left stuff behind that will have to be moved with the house stuff in September. That Chevrolet sign -- the "Brembo Man".... a bunch of tires/wheels... Could have used another 10' or more in length on the second truck.

It must feel strange seeing it empty, but at the same time exciting to go to the new shed. How long for them to get to the new shop?

We start unloading tomorrow (Friday AM) at 8:30.... 4 movers and a fork lift. Stuff comes out faster than it goes in...

Very cool.

City said I had to have something to "positively" hold the bottom of the post in case I ran into it. Made sense to me -- So I made something that would positively hold it in place! I just wasn't going to do store bought -- and I wasn't going to do "normal" either....

A plasma cutter -- some plate - and a BurrKing 760..... and Da Dude Got Flamed!

Yeah Wayne they did.... Truck was sitting in front of the shop when I pulled up at 8:30 this morning.... Had a crew of 4 from the movers -- and a big "fork lift" which quit working as he was lifting the gun safe up to the second floor.... It wasn't the right kind of fork lift for what we were doing - so I humped across the street to the motocross shop and asked to borrow their 3 stage straight truck.. i.e.., a normal fork lift -- and by 11:30 the truck was empty and I went to lunch.

Sadly - because the bozos (long story) couldn't fit everything in the 53' truck --- the stuff I needed most -- like my air driven engine hoist -- and some super heavy duty dollies are on another truck --- which wastes my weekend -- but it will arrive here Monday late afternoon.

So this was stuck -- wouldn't go up - down - forward - backward.... and it has a big ass gun safe on it.... Nobody could make it do anything. Finally after re-starting the machine several times -- it began working again --- got the safe off and I told them not to pick anything up with it again... that's when I borrowed the lift from across the street.

And most everything was loaded in the building.... I had everything palletized or on wheels -- that way I can move stuff around when I want. Left room for the hot rods to be able to park up the middle. I'll be WEEKS if not months putting everything where it needs to be.

Weeks!!!!! Months!!!!!!! WTF!!!! So no pics on the truck until September and now you're saying weeks or months until you get stuff in place in the shed. You better get out and start taking random pics then to fill the void. We have expectations you know!!!!!
