Stainless fittings?
Help!
I am looking for a stainless fitting for my proportioning valve. Inverted flare (3/8-24) to 1/8" NPT. Like this.... only stainless. http://i1113.photobucket.com/albums/...6/IMG_2342.jpg I have tried Summit, Jegs, SSBC, Inline Tube, Classic Tube, Grainger, and a few internet sources. Anybody know where I can find them? Thanks, Bill |

Thanks Greg. I was hoping he'd see this & weigh in. I didn't want to bother him over a $5 part.....

I would like to know what you find . I searched high and low for stainless brake fittings awhile back and it was tough. I found them in aluminum from wilwood i believe. There must be a reason they arent easily found

Of course there is. It's because I NEED (want) them! I have found about every brake fitting you can imagine in stainless EXCEPT this one. Oh well, that's HOT RODDING! Bill |
Can you find me a Tee that's 1/8" NPT male to two 1/8" NPT female in stainless? All i can find is NOS brass one. Need it for oil feed for turbo/sensor placement on my new Mast pan...
This is the brass fitting i want in stainless... http://www.summitracing.com/parts/nos-16775nos William |
If you were REAL car guys you'd MAKE your fittings.... "built not bought" --- LOL
Oh my..... here we go! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA |
I'll be a fake car guy. I've made stuff like that while in school. I'll pay the $15 for it and let someone else have that fun.

Easy peasy! http://www.stainlesssteelfittings.co..._p/ss-5602.htm (Check out the price of the large ones) Like I said, I found everything damn fitting on earth EXCEPT the inverted flare I need! Bill |
Excellent, exactly what I was looking for. Needs to be that configuration cause there is no room above for the tee to be facing the opposite way.

Wilwood sells a prop valve that has 3/8" inverted flare holes so you don't need those ridiculous NPT adapters.
