Vinyl paint works!! Duplicolors flat black vinyl and plastic paint!
No primer needed, no cracking... no flaking, i couldnt even scrape it off it my finger. in my quest to change my interior to black, i'm lucky i found it! Works on both vinyl and plastic and you can see here! :D http://anti-rice.com/me/DSC01119.jpg http://anti-rice.com/me/DSC01118.jpg |

vinyl dye
i always use rubbing alcohol toclean plastic/ vinyl theniuse a adhesion promoter so it sticks and stays, the apply ver light coats generally 2-4 coats, sem makes a great vinyl dye in spray bomb or mix and spray, looks good max,did you use any adhesion promoter??

That did come out better than Id ever think those would work. What color was it to begin with??

I use SEM. The stuff holds up pretty well but since it is not a permanent dye, it will need touched up from time to time. It is definitely cheaper than having it recovered and looks just as good.
