Cheers mate ,

I've located a polished aluminium fuel filler cap that simular to an aircraft type , it's lockable , has a six bolt pattern and is 94mm in dia , hose i.d. is 52mm.
It's made in the UK , I sourced it from Earl's fittings down here in Australia.

Any part numbers or a link would be hugely appreciated

I used ATLs 3" cap. Not an "bolt on" but quality is high

What's different, if anything, on the filler-tube side?

The part number of the one i purchased is #A36NL2 , it has a lead free flap fitted , vented and lockable.
I have spec sheets on this cap which has all measurements and different options. They are to large to upload - so if any one would like the spec sheets , email me at [email protected] and i email you the spec sheet.
I took a couple of pics , a bit blurry.
Its looks simular to ATLs cap - I have't fitted it yet , but i just got to drill six mounting holes thru rear panel , then join filler cap to tank with either a 2" i.d. 90 degree bent rubber fuel hose or use a 2" tube with two rubber fuel filler neck joiners at each end (and make sure the tube is earthed to avoid static electricity).
