Take it to a body shop, probably will rebuild or replace the door hinges and re-align.

yep, have the hinges rebuilt and re-align the fender with door, then fix the paint chipping

looks like the crown is too far in on the pic on the right - removing a shim from the lower bolt on the fender will push the fender out

I don't quite understand what you mean by rebuild the door hinges? Isn't there a set area to put them in and they open and close fine?

It looks like your door is sitting low? How is it to the rocker?

Grap the end of the door were you open it and lift up and down to see if there's any play. If its loose you need to rebuild your hinge if there tight you just have to do some realigning

both hinges are tight one does make a loud popping noise when shut but other than that they are fine. i think the fender and door are just to close because when you open and close it there is maybe a millimeter of a gap

open the door about 1/5 of the way and lift on the bottom rear corner, see if there is any play,if so, I'd put new bushings and pins on the hinges, then proceed with aligning the fender with the door and fixing the paint chipping, but if your hinges are fine, align the fender with the door
