Hello does anyone now if i can use stock upper controle arm to these spindles

Hi Chevelle 66, I am assuming that you are talking about a 66 Chevelle. The answer is yes you can, & later if you would like you can upgrade to there tubular control arms as well. Let me know if you need any help with purchasing.:thumbsup:

How do you avoid binding the upper ball joint with factory upper control arms at the limits of the suspension travel in bump?

Hi Tobin, you will run out of shock travel before you bind the ball joint.

A tall spindle will put any factory upper control arm on an A body into bind at static ride height.

Get SPC uppers from Marcus @ SC&C if you plan on using a tall spindle, or ones from Blake at Speedtech. Using a factory upper A arm on a tall spindle is a big no-no. Ask me how I know this...

you can't run a tall spindle with stock arms (yes, yes I know some have done it) but the upper ball joint mounting angle is drastically changed with a tall spindle putting the upper ball joint in bind under compression
