1970 Mustang Fastback
Just thought I would post some pics of the 70 fastback were just finishing up.
I began working on the car last june and we started with rebuilding the engine which is a 351 Cleveland 4V motor which has a comp 292 hyd roller cam and valvetrain. forged slugs and rebuilt 4V heads with stainless steel valves. then the owner decided he wanted to put in a gear vendors overdrive to make cruising more fun. here is the car as I began working on it last summer http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/o...g/aa3fc429.jpg http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/o...g/005cd7ad.jpg http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/o...g/1d484ff5.jpg http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/o...g/09186cde.jpg |
I thought that the 4v cleveland motors were 4 bolt main....?

We replaced 3" around the rear wheel well and the same on the outer wheelhouse. had a little rust in the p/s door skin bu other than that the body was in really good shape. Body ready for wetsanding http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/o...g/6e7c86e5.jpg http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/o...g/442f2a54.jpg http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/o...g/89cf5463.jpg |
