1968 CAMARO SS WITH A BUILT 383 STROKER. THIS IS ONE BAD CAMARO WITH AROUND 550 HP (I HAVE ENGINE DYNO SHEETS) WITH A TH400 TRANS. THE MOTOR ALONE IS WORTH AROUND $12,000. IT HAS AFR 210CC HEADS ON IT. MOTOR HAS 10:75:1 COMPRESSION, CAM IS A XTREME ENERGY XR292R. HAS A FORGED LUNATI BOTTOM END. RUNS VERY COOL. HAS A 10 BOLT, MOSER AXLES AND 373 REAREND GEARS. READEND HAS SOME NOISE DUE TO INORRECT INSTALL OF PISTION DEPTH. BODY IS RUST FREE FLOOR PANS ARE LIKE NEW. HAS NEW INTERIOR AND NEW TIRES AND WHEELS. FLOMASTER EXH. i dunno, i believe that. price of quality parts ad up quick, even on small blocks. i recently added up the receipts for my relatively mild 350 and it came out to 8k pretty easily, and i was definitely on a budget.

You sir are way braver than I! I'm not ready to go there...not just yet! Especially with the price of LS motors getting so affordable I may really question my LT1 build!! :willy:

Your ad would be a lot more attractive if you didn't type LIKE THIS! I'm sure it's a nice car but a lot of people will be turned off because of the way you typed your ad. I suggest you edit it and turn off the caps and you will get a better response.

Believe me, it was a mistake .
I was pretty set on selling the motor in the next couple months and putting together an LQ9, or maybe even a 5.3, but now I may just put my money elsewhere in the car and just hold off till I can justify the huge loss I'd take on the motor.

In any case, don't want to hi-jack! Good luck with the sale!
