brake help

Its probably a long shot but does anyone know what size the banjo bolt would be on a C6 caliper? I have been to 3 different auto parts stores and nobody carries them or even knows the size they are. Thanks

Have you tried 10mm x 1.0 ?

I think that's what I used on some C4 calipers.

Have you tried to see if they have them at a Chevy dealer?

That's what I figured was that it was m10x1.0 but the parts store didn't carry any. My chevy just opened up yesterday from an owner change so I havnt tried yet

Just to confirm what was noted above, the thread size and pitch of the C4/C5/C6/LS1 F-body banjo bolts is M10x1.0. You should be able to get a Dorman #13912 at any auto parts store with access to Dorman parts or their "Help" products.

Thanks for that part number. One question though, when I look it up it says that its for the rear? would that make a difference if put on the front caliper?

No difference front to back as far as I know.
