LS9 Intercooler plumbing routing/help
Ok need some help from the guru's, ie Mark or anyone with LS9 experience!!!
I have a CTS-V reservoir for the intercooler system..... I am guessing it should be kept up high at the intercooler core level? Also, where have you been sending the overflow....back to the rad overflow? One last question....... I noticed on the Red Devil it looks like you may have epoxied in AN fittings to the stock plastic reservoir... is this what you did? If so, did you use the stock bosch pump with plastic nipples too, or did you have it converted to AN or use a different pump? thanks alot guys! Anything helps..... |

This deal allows you to pull a vacuum on the system then fill it. It works great. I also made the CTS-V cap the high point on my system top allow me to top it off. I'm running all stock type rubber hoses for the system. I did cap off one end of the CTS-V reservoir just for packaging reasons. Mark |
There you have it...pointers from the best.

Thanks Mark!!! I have a bunch of close up pics of your cars (sorry I took pictures for reference at Sema the last couple years)
and this is what I figured you did! You will like the way we have done ours..... very similar, but with a bit of a different look. Thanks again! |
