Ride Tech Air Bar Weld on Four Link Brackets ?

I am in the process of adding a Ride Tech rear Air Bar suspension on a 69 Camaro. The question I have is, I am starting with a bare housing, so I ordered the kit with weld on brackets. I noticed the leaf spring brackets on original housings are angled in to the front spring mounting brackets. Would there be any advantage to moving the weld on 4 link brackets toward the center of the housing so they would be square with the front mounting brackets. Also if anyone has had any experience with this let me know. I will also call Ride Tech in the morning to ask their recommendation.

Thanks

Ride Tech weld on brackets

Thanks Scott, I also called ridetech and got the same answer, it took about an inch on each side, got them welded in place last night. I really like the weld on brackets makes for a professional looking job.
