I was building a Mustang like almost everyone else...lol. it was almost complete and then a friend of my Chassis guy had a deal I could not pass up.
A 2004 5.7 GTO 25xxx miles zero accidents, on stands waiting for the narrowed 9" to be put in and a cage but he lost interest. so a incredible deal was struck and it was mine. I sold my mustang roller and ended up only $700 out of pocket for the GTO. The hole was for the 6.0 with a Hogan carb intake. I was not a complete motor. also had new twin 76mm turbos 2 waste gates and blow off valve. I already had a built 5.7 Windsor so I figured why not..... scrapped the 6 point cage in favor of a 25.2 chassis 20 inches of wheel clearance per side. Cage and sheet metal should be finished by Feb 22nd. |
