OBDII Port
 

What are you guys doing for a OBDII port in your LSX swaps? I have a factory GTO ECM and harness but it didn't come with the port. I checked into the one at lt1swap.com but it seems the info is a bit outdated on the part numbers because I can't find the same stuff on digikey (at least the last time I checked).

Does anyone make a port I can just buy and wire in?

I'm using a PSI harness that has the port already wired in. I'm sure you can do this, no problemo.

You did give me a good idea though. I think I'll call PSI and see if they will just send me a port.

Spoke to Jon today myself. He's always around, and if not he returns phone calls. He can tell you the pinout for it, or you can always find it over on LS1tech.

Yeah, that's what I wanted. I just ended up ordering one from PSI.

For some reason, I couldn't seem to find them myself. My google-fu must be weak this week.

Just go to a bone yard. With very few exceptions they are all the same from 97 to now. The plug I am using is out of a cavalier as I recall and was a buck.
